Returns & Exchanges

All of our products are made to order, meaning each item is produced specifically for your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference-based reasons.
Please review sizing charts, product descriptions, and order details carefully before placing your order.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We take pride in the quality of our products. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Eligible issues include:
  • Printing or manufacturing defects
  • Damage that occurred during shipping
  • Incorrect item or design received
To report an issue, please contact us within 10 days of delivery and include:
  • Your order number
  • A clear photo showing the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you. In most cases, returns are not required for defective or incorrect items.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on any approved return that is not due to our error.
  • We cover return or replacement shipping only when the issue is the result of a defect or fulfillment error.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we do not offer size, color, or style exchanges.
If you need a different item, a new order must be placed.
If an exchange is approved due to a defect or error, a replacement will be produced and shipped at no cost.

Final Sale Items

All made-to-order, custom, personalized, and limited-edition items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive defective or incorrect.
